The Ingredients

Oats

Oats are a great alternative carbohydrate for dogs that may be sensitive to wheat or grains. They contain vitamin B, which helps maintain a healthy coat and linoleic acid, which is a type of omega-6 fatty acid that helps to keep a dog’s skin strong and healthy

Bananas

In moderation, bananas are a great low-calorie treat for dogs. They’re high in potassium, vitamins, biotin, fibre, and copper. They are low in cholesterol and sodium.

Eggs

Eggs are packed with protein and rich in many essential amino and fatty acids, vitamins including A, D and B12, as well as folate, iron, selenium, and riboflavin, which can all provide a long list of health benefits for dogs, ranging from improved skin and coat health to stronger teeth and bones.

Goat Milk

Goat milk is suitable for lactose intolerant dogs. It contains high levels of short- and medium-chain fatty acids, these lower bad cholesterol while raising good cholesterol.
The enzymes in goat’s milk can reduce the bacteria causing inflammation in the gut. They also reduce inflammation elsewhere in the body, relieving discomfort.
Another way goat milk benefits dogs is by repairing gaps between the cells in the gut caused by previous inflammation, this prevents leaky gut syndrome.
Goat milk allows your dog to receive a daily intake of some essential vitamins and minerals. The high levels of potassium is another benefit of goat’s milk, making it a great antacid.

Peanut Butter

In moderation, peanut butter is an excellent source of protein and healthy fats, vitamins B and E, and niacin.

Honey

Honey can improve your adult dog’s health in many ways; for example, it alleviates allergies (honey helps dogs with seasonal allergies, year-round allergies and food allergies), heals wounds, soothes kennel cough, aid digestion, boosts energy level and supports the immune system.

Carob

Carob is a superfood, rich in fibres, which improves digestion, lowers cholesterol, and can be used to treat diarrhoea. It also supports better absorption of calcium.
